Every timepiece in our ReWound collection undergoes a rigorous 20-point inspection by our master watchmakers. We ensure that each vintage or pre-owned watch meets our strict standards for mechanical accuracy, structural integrity, and aesthetic authenticity.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return policy for vintage watches?
We offer a 30-day window for returns on all items. To be eligible for a full refund, the watch must be returned in its original condition with all security tags intact and original packaging included.
Do Timex ReWound watches come with a warranty?
Yes, all Timex ReWound timepieces are backed by a limited 12-month mechanical warranty. This covers the internal movement of the watch but does not include external damage, water damage, or normal wear and tear on straps.
How should I care for my vintage timepiece?
To maintain your watch, avoid exposure to extreme temperatures and strong magnetic fields. While many of our watches were originally water-resistant, we recommend keeping vintage pieces dry to preserve the integrity of the aged seals.
